The SPX385 series is a micropower 2-terminal band-gap highly stable voltage reference with a wide 10µA to 20mA operating current range. The SPX385 series is available in a SOT23-3, TO92-3 and NSOIC-8 packages.
- Output voltage option: 1.235V, 2.5V and 5.0V
- Initial tolerance: 1% and 2%
- Low temperature coefficient as low as 30ppm/°C (typ)
- Dynamic impedance: 1Ωmax
- Operating current: 10µA to 20mA
- Extended temperature range: -40°C to 85°C
- Pin compatible with LM185/285/385
- Adjustable power supplies
