The MxL9201 is a quad optical modulator driver module that supports 100Gbps optical transmission. The MxL9201 is housed in a 19mm x 13mm x 2.2mm surface-mount package.
The device comprises four channels of high-performance wideband amplifiers with integrated broadband bias-tees. The MxL9201 provides system/subsystem designers with key features such as low power-dissipation, high voltage-drive capability, low output jitter, and excellent input sensitivity for metro and long-reach applications. The module is lead-free and RoHS-compliant.

- Adjustable output amplitude range from 5.5Vpp to 7Vpp
- Low additive jitter of 600fs
- 0.4Vpp input sensitivity for 6.8Vpp output voltage
