The MxL9105 is a dual-channel 32GBd differential TIA with AGC and MGC. The linear TIA supports up to 32GBd with typical 2% THD. The MxL9105 supports up to 5mAppd of input AC and up to 6mA of input DC, and features adjustable bandwidth. 
The MxL9105 is designed for coherent optical systems.

- AGC and MGC operating modes
- Differential transimpedance gain range of 100Ω–5kΩ
- Adjustable 3dB bandwidth range
- Wide output swing range 150mVppd to 1100mVppd
- Single 3.3V power supply
- 32GBd coherent optical Rx
- Type 1 Intradyne Coherent Receiver (ICR), Type 2 ICR and u-ICR for 100G/200G coherent designs
